Baltimore Celtic & Fussball Academy Are Joining Forces
Founder and Director, Richard Möller, is pleased to announce a joined partnership between Baltimore Celtic and the Fussball Academy, “I feel there are strong passions and synergies between both organizations and I am delighted to partner with such a successful organization.”
Baltimore Celtic is considered as one of the best soccer clubs in the nation having won numerous State, Regional and National Championships.
The Fussball Academy will develop youth players ages 4-8 and will serve as a feeder program for the Celtic Elite Teams. UEFA A-license holder, German Youth National Team Coach and Associate Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Johns Hopkins University Richard Möller, directs the Fussball Academy, “I helped write the curriculum for player development in Germany which is being applied across the country. We put much emphasis on the ages 4-8 which prepares players for the Golden Age, 8-12.”
The Fussball Academy applies four building blocks: 1. general movement, 2. soccer-oriented movement training, 3. soccer-specific technique training and 4. playing soccer and the building blocks abide a unique curriculum to develop the all-around soccer player.
The FA will begin this fall with two locations to start off. One Location will be McDonogh High School and the other will be Towson University.

Richard will also coach the 2001 Girls Elite Team, 2009 Boys Elite Team and the 2010 Elite Team at Baltimore Celtic.
